Section 147
Details of transactions
: (1) The shareholder of a private company may request details of the company's transactions for a financial year from the company.
(2) According to sub-section (1), within fifteen days of the demand for the statement, the director, managing director or officer dealing with the company shall provide the statement containing the certified annual financial statement.
